Okay so my flatmate cooked some potato cakes a few weeks back and had two left over and forgot all about them for a few weeks. The container was left in the counter for weeks until today, early this morning when it was finally found! So below is the nasty, disgusting result of moldy potato.
Luckily for me I wasn't in the room when the container was opened, shoot i would have just thrown away the container and the content in it. Eww that has just put me off potato for awhile....a very long time.
