Secret to SOFTER skin???

Well there are numerous ways of getting softer skin but I will just share with you what I do and what works for me. Many of you probably have already hear of this but if you haven't and you want softer skin keep reading. I will say before I start that the internet...YouTube and other sites are your friend where you can get loads of information and advice on peoples personal experience......IT'S THERE SO USE IT :)

The secret funny enough is in you kitchen and something most people who cook will use each day, any ideas? Well it only has two ingredients and they are easy to get on a budget as well (yeah....bonus as we gotta save some money).

Olive Oil & Salt Scrub

Ingredients: Fine Sea Salt & Olive Oil
(it is very important to get FINE sea salt or if the salt you get is coarse you will have to smash it up into finer pieces and to be honest when applied it does not go on as smooth as fine sea salt).

Using a container to put the facial scrub in all you need to do is pour some salt into the container and then pour the olive oil on top covering the salt. Finally mix it all together with a spoon or your finger. If the scrub is too runny you may need to add some more salt to even it out.
Essentially it should look like the image above:

Okay so when you apply the scrub you do not need to apply too much. The salt in the scrub when massaged in will scrub out all the dirt (or both including make-up in my case) on your face. The olive oil in the scrub when mixed with the salt will leave your skin feeling smooth. Applied alone i think the oil would just make your skin oily and we want smooth not oily. Once you have scrubbed your entire face gently using warm water gently wipe the scrub off and then splash with cold water.

So I have been using this for a while and I have seen a difference in my skin. It is now so soft I don't really need to put of face creme after I have used the scrub but I do anyways. This is a affordable method for a facial scrub and it gives you softer skin in the process, what else could you ask for? This scrub could also be used for exfoliating and it can help with cellulite (which i read in a detox book once). I have tried it once on my entire body and it makes it softer but in-terms of cellulite I'm a big girl so I can't really say using it once if it made a difference.
