So today was an indoor 40minute workout which I did in the evening with my mum. Well I am not a morning person so I just felt that I should do my workouts in the evening as that's when I have the most energy. Today I did a different workout using a different DVD. The beautiful thing about exercising is that you an take the best out of many things and make your own routine....and that's I plan to do!
OMG....I sweated so much I can't believe it. Well I think i will do this same workout tomorrow evening and maybe go play tennis on Wednesday morning with my mum, sis and grandad.......lol tha'ts if i can wake up for 7:30am :)
